Hello everyone!

I am excited to share something magical with you today. As many of you know, Leelu the Little Witch made her debut not long ago, and the response has been heartwarming. And now, “drumroll please,” the second book in the series is ready to fly into the world tomorrow!

I’ve once again teamed up with the talented illustrator Sian Rips,@sianripsart, and we are both excited about how this next adventure has come to life, with Sian weaving her magic to bring to life Leelu, her friends, and all of the characters that populate this new book.

Leelu, of course, has been buzzing with excitement, and today she asked me to share a very special message from her personal journal. She wanted me to tell you, yes, you! Just how much does this mean to her. So without further ado…

Dear Journal (and maybe YOU reading this!),

Oh my jellybeans, I can’t even sit still! My next book is coming out TOMORROW! I am so excited. It’s a new adventure with me, Leelu, and my friends, and of course, Dandelion and Dandelion’s new friend!

Today I practiced signing my name just in case someone wants my pawtograph (heehee). I even picked my favorite dress for the big day. I hope lots of grown-ups read it with their kids, and I really hope it makes kids smile, wonder, and maybe even want to write their stories someday.

Okay, I’d better go now. Mom says I have to brush my teeth, but I’m sure famous authors don’t have to do that.
